Great Blue Heron

Great Blue Heron at Patapsco Valley State Park - Avalon/Orange Grove area. I had a hard time spotting him in the tree. I wasn't able to get much closer as I misstepped into the river, causing enough noise for the heron to fly upriver and out of sight.
